Welcome to rawmilkmovement. Ordering here works a little differently than a typical online store - in your favor - so these terms explain it plainly. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
When you confirm an order, your card is saved, not charged. Your order stays open and editable until your location’s ordering deadline; at the deadline it locks and we pack it.
By confirming an order you authorize us to charge your saved card the final amount when your order is packed - including adjustments for items priced by weight - without a separate confirmation at that moment. Store credit on your account is always applied before your card.
Prices shown for weighed items are honest estimates based on average weights. The final amount reflects the actual weighed amount, a little above or below the estimate.
If an item cannot be packed, it is simply left out and you are never charged for it. We may note it for you or add store credit as a kindness.
Please collect your order during your location’s pickup window. Much of what we pack is perishable: if you cannot make it, tell us as early as you can and we will do our best. Repeated uncollected orders may still be charged, since the food was packed for you.
If something in your order is not right, write us within a few days and we will make it right - usually as store credit (which spends itself on your next order) or a replacement. We would rather keep your trust than a few dollars.
A subscription creates a new order automatically on your chosen rhythm. Each one is editable until its deadline like any other, and charged the same way when packed. Pause, change, or cancel anytime under My Account → My Subscription.
Credit and gift cards apply to future orders and hold no cash value; they cannot be redeemed for money.
We offer farm foods, some of them raw or minimally processed. Descriptions are honest and plain; you are responsible for your own informed choices about the foods you select for your household.
Keep your login to yourself and your details current. We may close accounts that misuse the store or the community spaces.
We run this store with great care, but it is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our responsibility for losses connected to using it is limited to the amount of the order concerned. Nothing here limits rights the law does not allow us to limit.
